That on or about the 15th day of APRIL, 2013, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with GRADE TEC, INC., 1040 KETTLEN1AN LANE, SUITE 155, LODI, CA, 95240, PHONE: (209) 462-7283, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit TOYON PARK PATHWAY REHABILITATION, PROJECT NO. 2013.0280. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: U. S. SPECIALTY INSURANCE COMPANY, 601 S. FIGUEROA STREET, #1600, LOS ANGELES, CA, 90017, PHONE; (800) 486- 6695. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the TOYON PARK PATHWAY REHABILITATIOtN, PROJECT NO. 2013.0280 project is that of public improvements made to public lands of the City of San Leandro designated as Assessor's Parcel Number 077E 1575 002 02, commonly known as a Toyon Park, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the l6'f day of SEPTEMBER, 2013 by RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 118.
