<br /> <br /> - 14 - <br />City with regard to the Downtown San Leandro Community Benefit District of 2013 and <br />contains all of the representations, covenants and agreements between the parties with respect <br />to the rendering of those duties. Each party to this agreement acknowledges that no <br />representations, inducements, promises or agreements, orally or otherwise, have been made by <br />any party, or anyone acting on behalf of any parties, which are not contained in this agreement, <br />and that no other agreement, statement or promise not contained in this agreement will be valid <br />or binding. <br /> <br />28. Modification. Any alteration, change or modification of or to this Agreement shall not be <br />effective unless made in writing in each instance signed on behalf of each Party. <br /> <br />29. Severability.
