Residential condos <br />blocks will have the following special benefit services conferred on the frontage their parcels. <br />These services in the future will include, but will not be limited to: <br /> <br /> Installation, stocking and upkeep of pet waste distribution stations on the frontages <br />adjacent to the high concentrations of residential condo individually assessed parcels; <br /> Enhancement and beautification of sidewalks on the frontages adjacent to the high <br />concentrations of residential individually assessed parcels; <br /> Installation of hanging plants, and enhanced upkeep in the sidewalks surrounding these <br />frontages adjacent to these residential condos; <br /> Other services requested by the residents that confer special benefit to the areas directly <br />adjacent to the parcels with high concentrations of residential condos; <br /> Proportional share of the Administrative and Contingency costs to cover the oversight of <br />the Enhanced beautification special benefit services. <br />
