City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: December 16, 2013 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:13-599 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Chris Zapata <br />City Manager <br />BY:David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION Approving and Confirming the Accounting Report for <br />Development Fees for Street Improvements (DFSI) and Park Development <br />Fees for Fiscal Year 2012-13 (reviews the annual accounting of development <br />fees pursuant to California Government Code Section 66006) <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows : <br />Following availability of the documentation used in preparing the annual accounting report <br />(AB 1600) on development fees for street improvements (DFSI) and park development fees <br />pursuant to Section 66006 of the Government Code, this Council has reviewed and <br />considered the data contained in the Accounting Reports , attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 66006 of the Government Code, the City <br />Council does hereby approve and confirm the accounting records covering the collection of all <br />development fees for street improvement (DFSI) and park development fees, refunds, interest <br />earnings, other income and expenditures for Fiscal Year 2012-13 as more specifically set forth <br />in the Accounting Reports . <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 12/10/2013
