Meeting Facility Fees USERS are classified into the following groins for the p urpose of determining applicable fees and charges. Group Eligibility A: Programs administered by or for the Citv of San Leandro Group Eligibility_ B: San Leandro nonprofit organizations with 10 or more members of whom at least 501 o are San Leandro residents.(Nonprofit fundraising events will be charged for actual operating costs,including staffing,utilities and securitv.) Group Eligibility_ C: Non-San Leandro nonprofit organizations which serve San Leandro residents(Use of high-demand facilities limited to twice per year. Fundraising events will be charged for actual operating costs,including staffing,utilities,and security.) Group Eligibility_ D: San Leandro resident individuals or groups using the facility_ for private purpose Group Eligibility E: Nonresident individuals using the facility for private purposes Group Eligibility_ F: San Leandro businesses with company facility_ located within San Leandro city limits Group Eligibility_ G: Non-San Leandro businesses,commercial groups,nonprofit organizations, and all other nonresident groups RENTAL FEES are determined by group eligibility and facility used.Operations costs,liability insurance fees,and security_ fees may also be applicable.Minimum rental is two hours.Hourlv rates are not prorated for parts of an hour.
