SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE TITLE 3 CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Chapter 2 Alameda County as Agent for Service of Process <br /> 0.2.100: ALAMEDA COUNTY AS AGENT FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS. <br /> Pursuant to Article 2 of Chapter 5, Part 9, Division 1 of the California Revenue and Taxation Code, <br /> the City of San Leandro adopted Resolution No. 86-146 wherein Alameda County was named as <br /> the City of San Leandro's agent for service of process for any and all actions brought against the <br /> City for tax refunds and thus allows the County to defend the City of San Leandro in any and all <br /> such actions. <br /> Editor's Note: <br /> Resolution No. 86-146,06/02/1986,was codified into this Chapter administratively. <br /> Department Responsible for Revision: City Clerk Chapter 3.2 <br /> 06/02/1986 Page 1 <br />
