SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br /> TITLE 5 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> Chapter 1 Implementation of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> Guidelines <br /> X5.1.100: IMPLEMENTATION OF CEQA GUIDELINES. <br /> In implementing the CEQA and the CEQA Guidelines when assessing the potential environmental <br /> impacts of a proposed project, the City will utilize the most current amended version of the Act and <br /> Guidelines. For projects that are deemed to require some level of environmental documentation; <br /> i.e., Categorical Exemption, Mitigated Negative Declaration/Negative Declaration, or Environ- <br /> mental Impact Report, the City shall follow the procedures for preparation of said documents, in- <br /> cluding preparation of appropriate notices, as provided for in the Guidelines. <br /> §5.1.105: FORMS. <br /> The City shall use the attached forms for Initial Study Checklist(Appendix A) and Negative Decla- <br /> ration (Appendix B). <br /> Department Responsible for Revision: Community Development Chapter 5.1 <br /> 11/20/2006 Page 1 <br />
