SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE TITLE 5 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> APPENDIX B—NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> � o CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> Department of Community Development <br /> NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of San Leandro finds that no significant effect on the <br /> environment as prescribed by the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended will <br /> occur for the following proposed project: <br /> I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> Fill in project title,file numher(s), applicant name&owner name—Give brief description <br /> ofproject, including address. <br /> II. DECLARATION THAT PROJECT WILL NOT SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT <br /> ENVIRONMENT: <br /> The proposed project will have no significant effect on the area's resources, cumulative or <br /> otherwise. <br /> If the project requires a variance, add the following language to the sentence above, "if the <br /> puhlic hearing body determines to grant the variance for <br /> III. FINDINGS SUPPORTING DECLARATION: <br /> A. Indicate why the project is appropriate, i.e., General Plan/zoning allows proposed use, <br /> etc.The proposed project is an appropriate use of the property. <br /> B. The proposed project has been reviewed according to the standards and requirements of <br /> the California Environmental Quality Act(CEQA) and an Initial Study Environmental <br /> Evaluation Checklist has been prepared with a deternlination that the project will not <br /> have a significant impact on the environment and as long as the applicant complies with <br /> all identified mitigation measures. <br /> C. For each potentially significant impact, give hrief conclusion/explanation.Each impact <br /> will he identified by it's own letter (C, D, E).
