IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-151 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> INDIGO / HAMMOND & PLAYLE ARCHITECTS. LLP IN THE AMOUNT OF $72,000 FOR <br /> THE SOUTH OFFICE SPACE PLANNING FOR THE <br /> SAN LEANDRO POLICE DEPARTMENT, PROJECT NO. 2014.0480 <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and INDIGO/ Hammond & <br /> Playle Architects, LLP, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 2nd day of December, <br /> 2013, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza (6) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Cassidy (1) <br /> ATTEST: —1I1A.MIUM <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
