IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-153 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A <br /> NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE LEW EDWARDS GROUP <br /> TO PROVIDE STRATEGIC CONSULTING SERVICES FOR <br /> REVENUE MEASURE PLANNING <br /> WHEREAS, The Lew Edwards Group has submitted a proposal to the City of San <br /> Leandro ("City") to provide strategic consulting services for revenue measure planning; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into a sole source agreement with The Lew <br /> Edwards Group, based upon their distinct subject matter expertise, as well as San Leandro- <br /> specific knowledge that was obtained through past work experience providing consulting and <br /> project management support for previous local revenue measures. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the City Manager is authorized to execute a Non-Professional Services Agreement <br /> with The Lew Edwards Group in an amount not to exceed $49, 00, for strategic consulting <br /> services for revenue measure planning. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Lee and passed and adopted this 2nd day of December, <br /> 2013, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza (6) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Cassidy (1) <br /> ATTEST: ' V—PAW/11, Q4l-e&. <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
