4.8.3. Any District Revenues necessary to cover SLIA's portion of the Financial Statement <br /> shall be set aside in the Budget. <br /> 4.8.4. The Financial Statement shall be delivered to the City at the same time as the Annual <br /> Report and Budget or within 90 days of the completion of each fiscal year of the SLIA; <br /> 4.9 Program Coordination. SLIA shall complete its Disbursement Duties and shall cooperate with <br /> the City in the implementation of the District Plan, including program development and <br /> coordination of District activities with City functions. <br /> 4.10 Assessment Records. SLIA shall maintain a complete database for each parcel assessed <br /> within the District, containing the following information: <br /> 4.10.1 Assessor's Parcel Number <br /> 4.10.2 Street Address <br /> 4.10.3 Name and Address of Owner(s)of Record <br /> 4.10.4 Amount of the Assessment Levied <br /> 4.10.5 Proportionate Financial Obligation Imposed, compared to District <br /> 4.10.6 Assessment Calculations, including all variables used <br /> SLIA agrees to maintain such information and make it available to property owners within <br /> the District during regular business hours <br /> 4.11 Annual Assessment Preparation. By June 1 of each operating year, SLIA shall provide the <br /> City with Assessment data for the subsequent tax year(July 1 —June 30), in a format <br /> prescribed by the City. The Assessment data shall include all of the information required in <br /> "Assessment Records," as described in paragraph 4.10. <br /> 4.12 Liaison with Community. SLIA shall maintain on-going communication and coordination <br /> with District property owners, residents and property owners, which shall include: <br /> 4.12.1 Annual Meeting. At its own cost and expense, SLIA shall organize and conduct, at a <br /> minimum, one annual public meeting to be noticed in writing mailed to all record <br /> owners of property in the District. This meeting will be conducted at a location <br /> convenient to the District. A City representative may attend as a member of the <br /> panel to provide information and assistance. <br /> 4.12.2 Other Events. Such other events and activities involving District members that <br /> encourage attainment of the District goals and objectives. <br /> 4.12.3 Assessment Notification. SLIA shall notify all property owners in writing when an <br /> increase in Assessments is proposed. <br /> - 5 - <br />
