Take corrective measures <br /> to repair slopes and restore vegetation as necessary. <br /> Frequency: Twice a year. <br /> • Maintenance Task: Inspect vegetated filter strip for debris, litter, and areas of sediment <br /> accumulation. Remove debris and litter and clear sediment accumulation as necessary. <br /> Frequency: As needed. <br /> • Maintenance Task: Inspect vegetated buffer strip for pools of standing water. If pools of <br /> standing water occur, clear obstructions (e.g. debris accumulation, invasive vegetation) and <br /> repair proper drainage slopes as necessary. <br /> Frequency: As needed. <br /> INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE LOG <br /> Maintain a log of all inspections and maintenance performed on the vegetated buffer strip on- <br /> site. <br />
