JPA, CSAC-EIA Amended: February 28, 2006 <br /> ARTICLE 25 <br /> BYLAWS <br /> The Board may adopt Bylaws consistent with this Agreement which shall provide for the <br /> administration and management of the Authority. <br /> ARTICLE 26 <br /> NOTICES <br /> The Authority shall address notices, billings and other communications to a member as directed <br /> by the member. Each member shall provide the Authority with the address to which communications are <br /> to be sent. Members shall address notices and other communications to the Authority to the Chief <br /> Executive Officer of the Authority, at the office address of the Authority as set forth in the Bylaws. <br /> ARTICLE 27 <br /> AMENDMENT <br /> A two-thirds vote of the total voting membership of the Authority, consisting of member counties, <br /> acting through their boards of supervisors, and the voting Board members from member public entities, is <br /> required to amend this Agreement. <br /> ARTICLE 28 <br /> PROHIBITION AGAINST ASSIGNMENT <br /> No member may assign any right, claim or interest it may have under this Agreement, and no <br /> creditor, assignee or third party beneficiary of any member shall have any right, claim or title to any part, <br /> share, interest, fund, premium or asset of the Authority. <br /> ARTICLE 29 <br /> AGREEMENT COMPLETE <br /> This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement of the parties. <br /> Page 18 of 21 <br />
