Resolution No. 95-31, Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Leandro Approving the Report of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro for Plan Amendment No. 9 and Plan Amendment No. 10 for the Plaza 2 Redevelopment Project, the Form of the Disposition and Development Agreement between the Agency and Costco Wholesale Corporation, and the Agency Reuse Report Required by Health and Safety Code § 33433. (1313-C) Introduced by Council Member Galvan, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Loeffler, and carried by a majority vote (7) . 9. City Council Adopts Plan Amendments: A. Ordinance No. 95-05, An Ordinance of the City of San Leandro Amending Ordinance No. 67-62, as Amended by Ordinance Nos. 71-28, 74-14, 79-39, 81-019, 82-093, 83-026, 85-049, 86-039, 88-013, 94-019, and 94-029 Approving and Adopting Amendment No. 9 to the Redevelopment Plan for the Plaza 2 Redevelopment Project. (1313-C) Introduced by Council Member Myers, who moved that it be passed to print, seconded by Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by a majority vote (7) . B. Ordinance No. 95-06, An Ordinance of the City of San Leandro Amending Ordinance No. 67-62, as Amended by Ordinance Nos. 71-28, 74-14, 79-39, 81-019, 82-093, 83-026, 85-049, 86-039, 88-013, 94-019, 94-029, and 95- 05. Approving and Adopting Amendment No. 10 to the Redevelopment Plan for the Plaza 2 Redevelopment Project.
