Resolution No. 95-123, Resolution Approving Parcel Map 6899, 993 <br /> Beecher Street (provides for subdivision of existing 2.03-acre parcel <br /> into two lots; Subdivider, Harmor1—Shragee)""' (1690) <br /> Introduced by Council Member Myers, who moved its adoption, seconded by <br /> Council Member Loeffler, with Mayor Corbett absent (1) , and carried by <br /> a majority vote (6) . <br /> G. City Council Reports on Intergovernmental Agencies. <br /> Council Member Galvan said he will have a full report regarding LAVWMA <br /> activities and East Bay Dischargers Authority at the July 17th meeting. <br /> Council Member Perry said she served on the League of California Cities <br /> committee to set up the October conference and will circulate an <br /> outline for Council comments. <br /> Council Member Perry distributed the Waste Management Strategic Plan <br /> 2000. She said Waste Management will have four committees - <br /> Facilities, Programs, Planning, and Administration - and each member <br /> agency will be appointed to serve on two committees. She said she had <br /> submitted the City's choices in this order, and she requested that the <br /> City Council designate her as the City's representative on the <br /> committees. <br /> The City Attorney suggested that this matter be scheduled for the June <br /> 26th Council meeting; the City Council concurred. <br /> Vice Mayor Kerr spoke regarding a June 9th Congestion Management Agency <br /> tour of Hayward and described the traffic problems in Hayward. <br /> H. Approval of Work Session Items Requiring Action. <br /> None <br /> I . Report on Closed Session Actions Taken. <br /> None <br />
