Minute Order No. 95-54, Agreement Between the City of San Leandro, the Alameda County Fire District, and the San Leandro Firefighters' Association Regarding the Consolidation of the San Leandro and Alameda County Fire Department. (2793/1389) On motion by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member-Kerr; and carried by a -majority vote (7) , the City Council approved the Agreement Between the City of San Leandro, the Alameda County Fire District, and the San Leandro Firefighters' Association Regarding the Consolidation of the San Leandro and Alameda County Fire Department. Minute Order No. 95-55, Agreement Between the City of San Leandro and the Alameda County Fire Department Regarding Civilian San Leandro Fire Department Employee. (2793) On motion by Council Member Loeffler, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Perry, and carried by a majority vote (7) , the City Council approved the Agreement Between the City of San Leandro and the Alameda County Fire Department Regarding Civilian San Leandro Fire Department Employee. Minute Order No. 95-56, Agreement Between the City of San Leandro, the Alameda County Fire Department, and the San Leandro Management Organization. (2793/2134) On motion by Council Member Galvan, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Loeffler, and carried by a majority vote (7) , the City Council approved the Agreement Between the City of San Leandro, the Alameda County Fire Department, and the San Leandro Management Organization. Resolution No. 95-125, Resolution Authorizing Reporting the Value of Employer Paid Member Contributions as Compensation Using the Special Compensation Approach, Government Code Section 20023 (C) (4) for Members of the San Leandro Firefighters' Association (implements the employer paid member contribution retroactive to July 1 , 1994, thereby completing the City's compliance with SB 53) .
