Gladys Rullman, 2361 Marina Boulevard, said the Mulford Garden Clubhouse has thick pine needles which are a fire danger; someone in the area wants to put in 16 units; and there should be no parking on Marina Boulevard because everyone has three cars. Mrs. Burker, 2424 Marina Boulevard, asked what the zoning will do to her property and what will be permitted to be built on the property in back of her. Mayor Corbett referred Mrs. Burker to staff to answer her questions. There being no further comments from the public, on motion of Council Member Polvorosa, seconded by Council Member Galvan, and carried by a majority vote (7) , the Public Hearing was closed. The following Motion and Ordinance were then introduced: - Minute Order No. 95-70, Motion Certifying Negative Declaration as Complete and in Compliance with CEQA Guidelines. (1024/1099) On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by a majority vote (7) , the City Council certified the Negative Declaration as complete and in compliance with CEQA Guidelines. - Ordinance No. 95-018, An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Leandro Amending the Index, Section 1-1-304, The Index of Article 5, and Sections 1-2-500, 1-2-538, 1-2-542, 1-2- 544, 1-2-546, 1-2-572, 1-2-580, 1-2-586, 1-2-588, 1-2-590, 1-2- 624, 1-2-628, 1-2-630, 1-2-632, 1-2-640, 1-2-644, 1-2-646, 1-2- 710, 1-4-1656, and the Residential Parking Standards of Section 1-4-1704 of the City of San Leandro Zoning Code. (1024/1099) Amends the provisions of the Zoning Code and the Zoning Map related to RO Residential Outer District to correspond to the requirements of the 0 Zone Outer District in the previous Zoning Code. Also amends the Zoning Code related to Accessory Structures and makes other miscellaneous Code changes to eliminate inconsistencies and improve customer service. Introduced by Council Member Myers, who moved that it be passed to print, seconded by Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by a majority vote (7) .
