Minutes-City Council/Redevelopment Agency Meeting-December 4, 1995 Page - 16 - <br /> JOINT PUBLIC HEARING (continued) <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> - Resolution No. 95-236, Resolution Approving the Report on Proposed <br /> Amendment for a Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the <br /> County of Alameda - City of San .Leandro ("Joint") Redevelopment <br /> Project, Extending the Power of Eminent Domain Within the City Portion <br /> of the Joint Redevelopment Project Area (approves report on Plan <br /> Amendment No. 2, as required by California Redevelopment Law) . (1120) <br /> • Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its adoption, <br /> seconded by Council Member Myers, and carried by a majority vote (7) . <br /> The following Motion was introduced: <br /> - Minute Order No. 95-85, Matter of Second Amendment to Alameda County - <br /> City of San Leandro Redevelopment Plan to Provide for Power of Eminent <br /> Domain for Limited Properties in Six Development Nodes in the City of <br /> San Leandro Portion of the Project Area. (1120) <br /> On motion by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its approval , seconded <br /> by Council Member Kerr, and carried by a majority vote (7) , the City <br /> Council : <br /> 1. Bifurcated the Amendment to permit action on the Marina Boulevard <br /> Node; approved the Marina Boulevard Node, excluding the Switzer <br /> property, located at 680, 700, 718, 726, and 754 Marina Boulevard; <br /> and continued the remaining portion of the Second Amendment to <br /> Alameda County-City of San Leandro Redevelopment Plan to Provide for <br /> Power of Eminent Domain for Limited Properties in Six Development <br /> Nodes in the City of San Leandro Portion of the Project Area to the <br /> second regular Council/Agency meeting in February (February 20, <br /> 1996) ; <br /> 2. Approved an amended Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San <br /> Leandro Approving a Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for <br /> the County of Alameda-City of San Leandro ("Joint") Redevelopment <br /> Project Extending the Power of Eminent Domain Within the City <br /> Portion of the Redevelopment Project Area, amended to: <br /> a. Provide for Eminent Domain in the Marina Node, excluding the <br /> Switzer Property, located at 680, 700, 718, 726, and 754 Marina <br /> Boulevard; and <br /> b. Include the Federighi Property, located at 14845-14896 East 14th <br /> . Street; and <br />
