Resolution No. 95-242, Resolution Approving Parcel Map 6877 for 2152 <br /> West Avenue 136th (provides for subdivision of existing 25,904-square- <br /> foot single lot into two lots; Owner: Ralph Dozier) . (1690) <br /> Introduced by Council Member Myers, who moved its adoption, seconded by <br /> Council Member Galvan, and carried by a majority vote (7) . <br /> B. Matter of Authorization for the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute <br /> an Exclusive Right to Negotiate (ERN) with Renaissance Conference <br /> Company for the Blue Dolphin Restaurant (authorizes the City Manager to <br /> negotiate and execute an ERN subject to certain terms and conditions) . <br /> The City Manager described the process leading to the ERN. Dan <br /> McFadden described the Request for Qualifications procedure and <br /> introduced Jeff Davenport, representing the Renaissance Corporation. <br /> Mr. Davenport said they will be happy to comply with any public input <br /> process developed by staff. He described the plans for an executive <br /> conference center and restaurant and discussed Renaissance's other <br /> developments. <br />
