Minutes of the meeting of January 4, 1993. <br /> The City Council approved the Consent Calendar with Item H removed and the <br /> Minutes corrected as amended. <br /> 6.H. Ordinance No. 93-01 , An Ordinance Amending Article 3, Title III, Chapter 3 <br /> of the San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Deposits of Hazardous <br /> Materials; Cleanup or Abatement; and Liability for Costs (authorizes the <br /> San Leandro Fire Department to implement and administer a City-wide <br /> Hazardous Clean-Up Program) . <br /> Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, spoke regarding the liability aspects <br /> of this program and the matter of third-party suits. He asked the City <br /> Attorney if the Ordinance is permissive as far as participation by the <br /> citizen and City are mandatory. <br />
