Resolution No. 93-18, Resolution Designating Restricted Parking, Four- Hour Parking, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. , Sundays and Holidays Excepted, Hyde Street, Title VI, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code (provides for four-hour parking on the east side of Hyde Street between Chumalia Street and the northwesterly end of Hyde Street) . Ordinance No. 93-01, An Ordinance Amending Article 3, Title III, Chapter 3 of the San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Deposits of Hazardous Materials; Cleanup or Abatement; and Liability for Costs (authorizes the San Leandro Fire Department to implement and administer a City-wide Hazardous Clean-Up Program) . Removed from the Consent Calendar to New Business. 7. NEW BUSINESS Items Removed from the Consent Calendar. 6.A. Minutes of the meeting of January 4, 1993. The City Council approved the Consent Calendar with Item H removed and the Minutes corrected as amended. 6.H. Ordinance No. 93-01 , An Ordinance Amending Article 3, Title III, Chapter 3 of the San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Deposits of Hazardous Materials; Cleanup or Abatement; and Liability for Costs (authorizes the San Leandro Fire Department to implement and administer a City-wide Hazardous Clean-Up Program) . Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, spoke regarding the liability aspects of this program and the matter of third-party suits. He asked the City Attorney if the Ordinance is permissive as far as participation by the citizen and City are mandatory.
