Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - February 16, 1993 Page - 5 - <br /> NEW BUSINESS (continued) <br /> Mr. Badger took the Oath of Office and introduced his wife, Annie, and <br /> daughter, Terry. <br /> Mayor Karp said Mr. Badger is an asset to the community and will be an <br /> excellent Commissioner. <br /> C. Matter of Nomination of Member to Human Resources Commission, District <br /> 3 -- Michael Munoz. <br /> Council Member Polvorosa said Mr. Munoz is a long-time resident of San <br /> Leandro who grew up in the Bonaire Area. He said he was proud to <br /> nominate Mr. Munoz to the Human Resources Commission. <br /> The following Motion was then introduced: <br /> Minute Order No. 93-11. Matter of Nomination of Member to Human <br /> Resources Commission, District 3 -- Michael Munoz. (2024) <br /> On motion by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its approval , seconded <br /> by Council Member Kerr, and carried by the following called vote, the <br /> City Council approved the nomination of Michael Munoz to the Human <br /> Resources Commission, District 3. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> 8. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> A. Matter of FM-92-04; Appeal by Judith D. Silberman of the Board of <br /> Zoning Adjustments' Denial of FM-92-04; Fence Modification; to Retain <br /> a Six-Foot-High, Redwood Fence Within the Required Ten-Foot, Street- <br /> Side Side Yard; 999 Arbor Drive (Northwest Corner of Arbor Drive and <br /> Lee Avenue) ; Assessor's Parcel Number 76-402-21 ; Lee Crawford; R-1 <br /> (Single-Family) District. <br /> The City Clerk stated that Mrs. Silberman had withdrawn her Appeal . <br />
