Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Exercise the Option and Certifying the Supplemental Environmental Impact Report for the Dredge Disposal Site Acquisition. Steve Meyers, City Attorney, said the Supplemental EIR for Robert's Landing included acquisition of the Dredge Disposal Site. Although Council Members Kerr and Myers were not on the City Council at that time, they were familiar with the project and the EIR. The following Resolution was then introduced: Resolution No. 93-56, Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Exercise the Option and Certifying the Supplemental Environmental Impact Report for the Dredge Disposal Site Acquisition. (1228) Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Kerr, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Karp ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) G. Ordinance No. 93-06, An Ordinance Repealing and Re-Enacting Title VI, Chapter 6 of the San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Taxis (updates and streamlines procedures regulating taxicab operation in San Leandro) . (1168) Introduced by Council Member Perry, who moved that it be passed to print, seconded by Council Member Myers, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Karp ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) H.
