NEW BUSINESS <br /> The City Council approved the Consent Calendar with Items A and N removed. <br /> Items Removed from the Consent Calendar. <br /> 6.A. Minutes of the meeting of March 1, 1993. <br /> Council Member Corbett noted that she had made additional comments related <br /> to the matter of a Toxic Site Screening Ordinance. She said she had <br /> commented regarding aesthetics and noise and said she supported such an <br /> Ordinance. <br /> The City Council approved the Minutes as amended. <br /> 6.N. An Ordinance Adding Article 5 to Title III, Chapter 15 of the San Leandro <br /> Municipal Code Relating to a Storm Water Management and Discharge Control <br /> Program Enterprise Fund (establishes a Storm Water Utility Enterprise Fund <br /> for collecting fees to implement the Alameda County Urban Runoff Clean <br /> Water Program [ACURCWP]) . <br /> Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, said, in his opinion, the way the fee <br /> and Enterprise Fund were going to be created was not proper and should be <br /> put to a vote of the people rather than the way it was being handled. <br />
