Minute Order No. 93-71. Matter of Appointment of Council Member Perry <br /> as a Representative and Council Member Kerr as an Alternate, to the <br /> Alameda County Private Industry Council 's (PIC) Job Training <br /> Partnership Act (JTPA) Cities Advisory Board.
