CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS A. Council Member Kerr said he would be attending the Congestion Management Association meeting in November. He said there will be four public work sessions on the I-880 Intermodal Proposal . He said he would like to meet with the Mayor and staff and develop the City's position on this matter. B. Council Member Perry congratulated Dan Paiva and the Killer Bees of the Police Athletic League for their participation in the tournament played at the Coliseum. She said they took Second Place, and she thanked the A's for sponsoring the event. •
