Ordinance No. 93-017, An Ordinance Establishing Election and Nomination Procedures for the April 12, 1994, Municipal Election. (1055) Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved that it be passed to print, seconded by Council. Member Corbett, and carried •by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Faria ( 6 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: Council Member Nahm ( 1 ) B. Ordinance No. 93-018, An Ordinance Reclassifying Certain Property Herein Described as to Zoning District and Amending the Zoning Map (A- 93-2) , 344-354 Preda Street (provides for rezoning 344-354 Preda Street from C-4 [Heavy Commercial ] District to R-1-PDC [Single-Family Planned Development Combining] District to permit Camellia Court, Phase II to be constructed, and amending the Zoning Map, as approved at the Public Hearing on September 7, 1993. (1024) Introduced by Council Member Myers, who moved that it be passed to print, seconded by Council Member Corbett, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Faria ( 6 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: Council Member Nahm ( 1 ) C. Matter of Confirmation of Appointments to the 1993-94 School Year Partnership for Youth Safety Committee and Adding San Lorenzo Unified School District to the Partnership. Council Member Corbett said the City Council was being requested to confirm the suggested names. She said some of these members have served for several years and noted San Lorenzo Unified School District will be included in the Partnership. She said they are waiting for a few more names but, in the meantime, were asking for approval by the City Council of the recommendations. The following Motion was then introduced: •
