Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, said neither 3 nor 5 minutes is adequate time for the public to speak. He said he had a number of items to comment on at the last meeting, and he did not have enough time. He said the public is no longer permitted to remove items from the Consent Calendar. He also commented regarding the minutes of the meeting of September 27th, the Joint Redevelopment Project and joint meeting with the Board of Supervisors, and the Mayor' s salary and function of the position of Mayor. 6. CONSENT CALENDAR A. The minutes of the meeting of October 25, 1993 were approved as amended. B. Ordinance No. 93-020, An Ordinance Adding Section 7-3-1100 to the San Leandro Zoning Code Relating to Screening of Soil and Groundwater Remediation Activities (amends the Zoning Code to add provisions regarding toxic remediation [A-92-9] , as approved at the Public Hearing on June 21, 1993) .
