Resolution No. 94-28, Resolution Supporting the Efforts of ACPC, Inc. , to Secure a Contract with Pacific Gas and Electric for a Value Managed Relationship Agreement. (1123) Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Corbett, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Kerr, Myers, Nahm, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Faria ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) C. Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Leandro Relating to and Endorsing a City and County Regional Fire Service Delivery Study. In response to questions from the City Council , the City Manager said there was no cost to the City for this study; the full costs would be borne by Alameda County. He said the City would cooperate with the County by providing baseline data the City has already accumulated for its own study. He said the draft City study will be completed in four to six weeks. He explained the composition of the committee that consists of Fire Chiefs and City Managers and said both he and Fire Chief Steve Mikinka sit on the committee, as well as managers and Fire Chiefs from Berkeley, Oakland, Fremont, Hayward, Livermore, and Dublin. He said the purpose is to have a committee that is balanced and covers areas of broad concern. The following Resolution was then introduced: Resolution No. 94-29, Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Leandro Relating to and Endorsing a City and County Regional Fire Service Delivery Study.
