NEW BUSINESS <br /> The City Council approved the Consent Calendar with Item D. removed. <br /> Item Removed from the Consent Calendar. <br /> 6.D. Resolution of Final Acceptance and Release of Maintenance Bond for <br /> O'Donnell Avenue Park Property Improvements, Phase 2 (Grover Cleveland <br /> Park) , Project No. 91-8629 (provides for final acceptance of work from <br /> Gateway Landscape Construction, Inc. , after completion of one-year <br /> guarantee period) . <br /> Council Member Myers noted that a fixture at the park had not been <br /> completed. The City Manager explained that the first phase of the project <br /> has been completed; the next phase, which will go to bid in a couple of <br /> weeks, will complete the light fixtures. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> Resolution No. 94-37, Resolution of Final Acceptance and Release of <br /> Maintenance Bond for O'Donnell Avenue Park Property Improvements, Phase 2 <br /> (Grover Cleveland Park) , Project No. 91-8629 (provides for final acceptance <br /> of work from Gateway Landscape Construction, Inc. , after completion of one- <br /> year guarantee period) .
