Ordinance No. 94-02, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2 of Title I of the San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Departments. (1413) Introduced by Council Member Perry, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Kerr, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Kerr, Myers, Nahm, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Faria ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) 7. NEW BUSINESS The City Council approved the Consent Calendar with Item D. removed. Item Removed from the Consent Calendar. 6.D. Resolution of Final Acceptance and Release of Maintenance Bond for O'Donnell Avenue Park Property Improvements, Phase 2 (Grover Cleveland Park) , Project No. 91-8629 (provides for final acceptance of work from Gateway Landscape Construction, Inc. , after completion of one-year guarantee period) . Council Member Myers noted that a fixture at the park had not been completed. The City Manager explained that the first phase of the project has been completed; the next phase, which will go to bid in a couple of weeks, will complete the light fixtures. The following Resolution was then introduced: Resolution No. 94-37, Resolution of Final Acceptance and Release of Maintenance Bond for O'Donnell Avenue Park Property Improvements, Phase 2 (Grover Cleveland Park) , Project No. 91-8629 (provides for final acceptance of work from Gateway Landscape Construction, Inc. , after completion of one- year guarantee period) .
