Clevenger, Pegasus Development, Applicant, Requesting the Public Hearing be Continued to the June 6, 1994, City Council Meeting. - Motion Regarding Continuance of the Public Hearing to June 6, 1994. This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, Norm Weisbrod, Associate Planner, said this application has been approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustments but is being Appealed by Creekside Neighborhood Association. He said the primary concern is traffic. Gary Kruger, Transportation Administrator, is currently conducting traffic studies and assessing the impact of the proposal to attempt to develop mitigating measures. He said 550 letters have been sent to residents of the surrounding area, inviting them to a meeting on May 25, 1994, to discuss this matter. Mr. Weisbrod requested that the Public Hearing be continued to the June 6, 1994, City Council meeting. He noted that, although Mr. Clevenger, the applicant, had requested a continuance until June 20th, he has concurred with the June 6th date. The following Motion was then introduced: Minute Order No. 94-26. (1098/1005) On motion by Council Member Kerr, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Galvan, and carried by the following called vote, the City Council continued the Matter of the Appeal by Creekside Neighborhood Association of the Board of Zoning Adjustments' Approval of CU-94-2 and V-94-2 to the June 6, 1994, City Council Meeting.
