Matter of Amendment to the Zoning Map, Re-Zoning Peralta Area <br /> from "Undesignated" to IG-S (General Industrial -Special Review - <br /> Overlay) District (re-zoning of Peralta Area to General <br /> Industrial with an "S" Special Review Overlay District to allow <br /> existing uses to continue and provide a framework to upgrade the <br /> area) . <br /> This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above <br /> matter, Kathleen Livermore, Associate Planner, presented a brief <br /> staff presentation. <br /> The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> There being no comments from the public, on motion of Council <br /> Member Myers, seconded by Council Member Kerr, and carried <br /> unanimously, the Public Hearing was closed. <br /> The following Motion was then introduced: <br /> Minute Order No. 94-30. Matter of Amendment to the Zoning Map, <br /> Re-Zoning Peralta Area from "Undesignated" to IG-S (General <br /> Industrial -Special Review Overlay) District (re-zoning of Peralta <br /> Area to General Industrial with an "S" Special Review Overlay <br /> District to allow existing uses to continue and provide a <br /> framework to upgrade the area) . (1024/1099) <br /> On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval , <br /> seconded by Council Member Kerr, and carried by the following <br /> called vote, the City Council approved the amendment to the <br /> Zoning Map, re-zoning Peralta Area from "Undesignated" to IG-S <br /> (General Industrial -Special Review Overlay) District. <br /> AYES: Council Members Galvan, Kerr, Loeffler, Myers, Perry, <br /> Polvorosa; Mayor Corbett ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> D. Matter of Amendment to the Zoning Map, Minor Revisions, to <br /> Correct Inconsistencies (minor Zoning Map changes as a result of <br /> the six-month review process to follow up on several properties <br /> which were declared undesignated, and to correct <br /> inconsistencies) . <br /> This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above <br /> matter, Kathleen Livermore, Associate Planner, said she was <br /> available if the City Council had any questions on this subject <br /> amendment to the Zoning Map. <br />
