Resolution Granting Extension of Time of Commencement and Time of <br /> Completion, Pursuant to That Subdivision Improvement Agreement for <br /> Parcel Map 5845 (grants a two-year extension for commencement and <br /> completion of two single-family residential units at the easterly end <br /> of Montrose Drive, Parcel Map 5845; Developer: Loong-Fah [Gordon] Lu <br /> and Li Chuan Chen) . <br /> In response to City Council questions, staff explained that the <br /> Applicant had not been able to develop the property yet due to the <br /> current economic situation and is asking for a two-year extension. <br />
