Ordinance No. 94-021, An Ordinance Reclassifying Certain Property Herein Described as to Zoning District and Amending Zoning Map (A-94- 1) , 2100 Lewelling Boulevard, Sandev Mobile Home Park (provides for rezoning the property at 2100 Lewelling Boulevard from RM-2500 [Residential Multiple, up to 17.5 dwellings per acre] District to RM- 1800 [Residential Multiple, up to 24 dwellings per acre] District and amending the Zoning Map, as approved at the Public Hearing on February 22, 1994) . Resolution Nominating and Appointing Members to the Youth Advisory Commission - Melody Carlson, District 1 ; Michelle Kircher, District 2; Chauthuy Hoang, District 3; Britta Avila, District 4; (appointment of Commissioners to fill scheduled vacancies for terms expired September 1, 1994) . The following Resolution was introduced: Resolution No. 94-183, Resolution Nominating and Appointing Members to the Youth Advisory Commission - Melody Carlson, District 1 ; Michelle Kircher, District 2; Chauthuy Hoang, District 3; Britta Avila, District 4; (appointment of Commissioners to fill scheduled vacancies for terms expired September 1, 1994) . (2680) Introduced by Council Member Perry, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Galvan, and carried by a majority vote (7) . The City Clerk administered the Oath of Office to the Commissioners. The Commissioners introduced themselves and thanked the City Council for this opportunity to represent the youth of San Leandro. Council Member Perry said the City Council wants to hear the viewpoint of our young people. She said she was on a Youth Commission and went on to become a City Council Member. Council Member Kerr wished the new Commissioners well . He said the Commission has been and will continue to be helpful to the City Council , and the Council is interested in their concerns.
