Resolution Nominating and Appointing Members to the Youth Advisory <br /> Commission - Melody Carlson, District 1 ; Michelle Kircher, District 2; <br /> Chauthuy Hoang, District 3; Britta Avila, District 4; (appointment of <br /> Commissioners to fill scheduled vacancies for terms expired September <br /> 1, 1994) . <br /> The following Resolution was introduced: <br /> Resolution No. 94-183, Resolution Nominating and Appointing Members to <br /> the Youth Advisory Commission - Melody Carlson, District 1 ; Michelle <br /> Kircher, District 2; Chauthuy Hoang, District 3; Britta Avila, District <br /> 4; (appointment of Commissioners to fill scheduled vacancies for terms <br /> expired September 1, 1994) . (2680) <br /> Introduced by Council Member Perry, who moved its adoption, seconded by <br /> Council Member Galvan, and carried by a majority vote (7) . <br /> The City Clerk administered the Oath of Office to the Commissioners. <br /> The Commissioners introduced themselves and thanked the City Council <br /> for this opportunity to represent the youth of San Leandro. <br /> Council Member Perry said the City Council wants to hear the viewpoint <br /> of our young people. She said she was on a Youth Commission and went <br /> on to become a City Council Member. <br /> Council Member Kerr wished the new Commissioners well . He said the <br /> Commission has been and will continue to be helpful to the City <br /> Council , and the Council is interested in their concerns. <br />
