Resolution Approving Investment Policy for City Funds (sets criteria for <br /> investment of City funds) . <br /> James Driver spoke regarding a memorandum from the City Manager regarding <br /> the Joint Redevelopment Area. It was pointed out that item G is related to <br /> the City's investment policy, not to the Joint Redevelopment Area. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> Resolution No. 94-204, Resolution Approving Investment Policy for City <br /> Funds (sets criteria for investment of City funds) . <br /> Introduced by Council Member Kerr, who moved its adoption, seconded by <br /> Council Member Myers, and carried by a majority vote (7) . <br /> A. Resolution Approving Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Small <br /> Business Loan and Regulatory Agreement with Audra and Audrey Knight, <br /> Owners of La Petite Affair, Inc. (provides financial assistance to a <br /> small business, as outlined in the City's "CDBG Economic Development - <br /> Small Business Loan Guidelines") . <br /> Susan McCue, Economic Development Coordinator, said the Agreement <br /> provides a $50,000-loan to La Petite Affair, Inc. , a special occasion, <br /> children's wear shop, which has been in San Leandro since 1989. She <br /> said this is the first small business program loan under the Block <br /> Grant Program.
