He said the Resolution on tonight's Agenda is the means for <br /> the City to be reimbursed by Flood Control for the work that is being <br /> done by the City, such as additional street sweeping, checking of <br /> storm-water inlets, etc. , and there will be a Resolution each year to <br /> request reimbursement. <br /> Mike Oliver asked Mr. Taylor to explain why a lot of potholes are <br /> suddenly appearing on City streets and what is being done. Mr. Taylor <br /> explained that after the long dry spell rain is seeping under the <br /> asphalt surface and creating potholes that are more visible in the <br /> rain. He said crews are regularly looking for and repairing potholes <br /> but asked people to call his office if they noticed any and they would <br /> be repaired. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-37 (1140-B) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR <br /> REIMBURSEMENT FOR IMPLEMENTING THE <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY URBAN RUNOFF CLEAN-WATER PROGRAM <br /> Introduced by Council Member Santos, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Glaze, and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> C.
