Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - March 2, 1992 Page - 10 - NEW BUSINESS (continued) The following Ordinance was then introduced: ORDINANCE NO. 92-04 (2701/2702) AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 92-02 AND MAKING THIS MATTER AN URGENCY MEASURE TO TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY PURSUANT TO SECTION 1-1-345(c) OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE BECAUSE IT RELATES TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROCEEDINGS Introduced by Council Member Perry, who moved that it be passed to print and adopted, seconded by Council Member Santos, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; Mayor Karp ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) J. Resolution Calling a Special Municipal Election to Be Held on June 2, 1992, for the Purpose of Submitting to the Electors a Proposal for Amendment of the City Charter; Directing That Notice of Said Election Be Given; and Requesting That the Alameda County Board of Supervisors Permit the Consolidation of Said Municipal Election with the Statewide Election to Be Held on June 2, 1992. The City Clerk noted the City Council had an amended Resolution which added the due date for ballot arguments to the Notice of the Election.
