Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - March 2, 1992 Page - 10 - <br /> NEW BUSINESS (continued) <br /> The following Ordinance was then introduced: <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 92-04 (2701/2702) <br /> AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 92-02 AND <br /> MAKING THIS MATTER AN URGENCY MEASURE <br /> TO TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 1-1-345(c) OF THE <br /> SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> BECAUSE IT RELATES TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROCEEDINGS <br /> Introduced by Council Member Perry, who moved that it be passed to print and <br /> adopted, seconded by Council Member Santos, and carried by the following called <br /> vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> J.
