TO 6:00 P.M. <br /> SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS EXCEPTED <br /> ON CHUMALIA STREET <br /> TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1 OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> Introduced by Council Member Perry, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Faria, and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> D. Resolution Approving Contract Change Order for Rehabilitation and <br /> Overlay of City Streets, Fiscal Year 1991-92, Project No. 91-8322. <br /> Bill Silva, City Engineer, said this Change Order provides for an <br /> amendment to the existing contract to pave the Southern Pacific <br /> railroad tracks at Fairway Drive and Union Pacific railroad tracks at <br /> Estabrook. He said this was an opportunity to do this work at minimum <br /> expense, using funds originally allocated to repair the UPRR tracks. <br /> Mayor Karp noted that Southern Pacific is repairing its tracks, <br /> primarily through Cal-Trans as a result of the new Capitol Corridor <br /> Program. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-63 (2687) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER FOR <br /> REHABILITATION AND OVERLAY OF CITY STREETS <br /> FISCAL YEAR 1991-92 <br /> PROJECT NO. 91-8322 <br /> Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its adoption, seconded by <br /> Council Member Santos, and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />
