Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - April 6, 1992 Page - 11 - <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS (continued) <br /> There being no comments from the public, on motion of Council Member <br /> Polvorosa, seconded by Council Member Glaze, and carried unanimously, <br /> the Public Hearing was closed. <br /> The City Attorney asked the City Council to take official notice of all <br /> plans and specifications and previous actions related to the necessity <br /> to obtain this property. The City Council concurred that they took <br /> such notice. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-86 (1206) <br /> RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF <br /> CERTAIN PROPERTY FOR THE MEASURE "B" <br /> ALADDIN AVENUE/FAIRWAY DRIVE OVERCROSSING PROJECT AND <br /> FINDING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY <br /> REQUIRE THE PROPOSED PROJECT, <br /> THAT THE LOCATION THEREOF CAUSES THE LEAST PRIVATE INJURY, <br /> THAT THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS NECESSARY FOR THE PROPOSED PROJECT <br /> SIMMONS COMPANY - 1700 FAIRWAY DRIVE <br /> Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its adoption, seconded by <br /> Council Member Glaze, and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> B. Matter of PD-91-03; Roberts Landing, to Consider General Development <br /> Plan Application for a "No Fill " Plan and a "13.2-Acre Fill " Plan with <br /> a Maximum of 800 Single-Family and Multi-Family Dwelling Units for an <br /> Area Commonly Known as Robert's Landing, Located at the End of <br /> Lewelling Boulevard; to Consider the Possible Amendment to the "S" <br /> Review Criterion #5 to Require the Submission of the Preliminary <br /> Endangerment Assessment Prior to the Approval of the Precise <br /> Development Plan; and to Consider Certification of the Final EIR. <br /> The City Clerk noted that letters had been presented to the City <br /> Council from: <br /> a. Jeffrey G. Houston, Representing The Robert's Landing Committee, <br /> 1465 Burkhart Avenue, San Leandro, CA 94579, dated April 1, 1992. <br /> b. Frank and Janice Delfino, Ohlone Audubon Society, Inc. , 18673 Reamer <br /> Road, Castro Valley, CA 94546, dated April 2, 1992. <br /> c.
