Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Sign a Note and Deed of <br /> Trust with Girls, Inc. , to Secure the Loan of CDBG Funds. <br /> A motion was made by Council Member Corbett, seconded by Council Member <br /> Santos, to approve the Resolution. <br /> Council Member Faria asked what the $200,000 funding would be used for. <br /> He said he thinks there may be other greater needs for this money and <br /> said he would rather have the matter come back to Work Session. <br /> Council Member Faria pointed out that there is a need for low-income <br /> funding for mobile homes and other areas. <br /> Council Members Corbett and Santos withdrew their motion and staff was <br /> directed to bring this matter to a future Work Session for discussion. <br /> B. MINUTE ORDER NO. 92-25 (1024/1977) <br /> MATTER OF A-89-02 <br /> RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS TO <br /> ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br /> 2575 WILLIAMS STREET <br /> AND ADOPTING NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> On motion by Council Member Santos, who moved its approval , seconded by Council <br /> Member Faria, and carried by the following called vote, the City Council adopted <br /> the Negative Declaration for A-89-02. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 92-05 (1024) <br /> AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY <br /> HEREIN DESCRIBED AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND <br /> AMENDING THE ZONING MAP <br /> A-89-02 <br /> 2575 WILLIAMS STREET <br /> Introduced by Council Member Santos, who moved that it be passed to print, <br /> seconded by Council Member Faria, and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: Council Member Corbett ( 1 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />
