Lavern Anderson, 14566 Cypress Street, congratulated Kathy Ornelas for <br /> seeing to the quick removal of graffiti near his work place. He also <br /> complimented the Police Department employees who worked at the <br /> Veterans' Day Parade. He said their uniforms were neat and clean, and <br /> they saluted every time the American flag passed. He said the City <br /> should pay off its $4 million debt as soon as possible. <br /> 6.
