Ordinance No. 92-036, An Urgency Ordinance Amending Sections 2-2-210, <br /> 2-2-220, 2-2-245, 2-2-500, 2-2-520 and Adding Section 2-2-247 of Title <br /> II, Chapter 2 of the San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Business <br /> License Fees for the Usual and Current Expenses of the City and Making <br /> This Matter an Urgency Measure to Take Effect Immediately (provides for <br /> annual adjustment of fees based on changes in the Consumer Price Index <br /> (CPI) ; adds single-family rental homes; establishes separate <br /> classifications for waste disposal sites and vehicle towing; and <br /> changes the unit fee basis for private utilities) . (1156) <br /> On motion by Council Member Perry, who moved its approval , seconded by <br /> Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by the following called vote, the <br /> City Council approved the nomination of Virginia Boepple, Representing <br /> Associated Homeowners of San Leandro, Inc. , to the City of San <br /> Leandro/San Leandro Unified School District Partnership for Youth <br /> Safety Committee. <br /> AYES: Council Members Faria, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: Council Member Corbett ( 1 ) <br />
