Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - June 17, 1991 Page - 14 - <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS (continued) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 91-113 (1051/2575) <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING THE DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR <br /> STREET IMPROVEMENTS FEE SCHEDULE <br /> Introduced by Council Member who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member <br /> and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Karp ( 1 ) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 91-114 (1051) <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING CITY OF SAN LEANDRO BUDGET <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991-92 <br /> AND APPROPRIATING ALL REVENUE THEREFOR <br /> Introduced by Council Member Santos who moved its adoption with the stipulation <br /> that the Classical Philharmonic of Northern California be funded with $2,500.00 <br /> initially and be requested to provide financial reports, and that the matter be <br /> reviewed in six months, with a possibility of an addtional $2,500.00 funding, <br /> seconded by Council Member Perry and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Karp ( 1 ) <br /> B. Matter of Appeal by Glenn Forbes for Foster Dairy Farms of the Planning <br /> Commission's Denial of SD-91-2; Site Development Approval for a <br /> Wholesale Distribution Center for Dairy Products; 1770-1776 Neptune <br /> Drive; East Side of Neptune Drive, 520 Feet Northerly of the <br /> Intersection of Neptune Drive and Williams Street; Assessor's Parcel <br /> Number 79A-541-19; Foster Dairy Farms; I-P (Industrial Park) District. <br /> This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above <br /> matter Martin Vitz, City Planner, said the matter before the City <br /> Council was an appeal of the Planning Commission denial of Site <br /> Development approval for a distribution center. He displayed location <br /> maps and said Foster Farms wanted to lease an area of approximately two <br /> acres. He displayed a site plan and described the existing buildings, <br /> proposed loading dock, proposed parking and landscaping. He said the <br /> proposal was for four semi-trailer trucks which would come to San <br /> Leandro from Modesto between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 11 :00 p.m. , and <br /> twenty-one bobtail delivery trucks which would distribute products from <br /> the site between 1 :00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. , and 11 :00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m, <br /> six days per week. He said this would be a 24-hour facility with <br /> approximately 30 employees. He said the applicant proposed no major <br /> maintenance facility, but contract maintenance services would come to <br /> the site. <br />
