Joanne Mattoon, 3810 Monterey Boulevard, said she felt the Community <br /> Standards section should have a telephone recorder to record complaints <br /> on weekends. Mrs. Mattoon also said she likes the idea of keeping <br /> American flags on East 14th Street rather than replacing them with <br /> banners. <br /> B. Pam Richards, displayed a photograph from the Cherry Festival . She said <br /> her husband represented Viet Nam Veterans at the Cherry Festival and <br /> had a fantastic welcome home by the City. She also said she likes the <br /> idea of keeping American flags on East 14th Street. <br /> 6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. The minutes of the meeting of June 17, 1991 were approved as submitted. <br /> B.
