Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - August 5, 1991 Page - 10 - <br /> NEW BUSINESS (continued) <br /> The following Motion was then introduced: <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-72 (2121) <br /> MATTER OF TERMINATION OF CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> VETERANS' YELLOW CAB COMPANY <br /> On motion by Council Member Perry who moved its approval , seconded by Council <br /> Member Corbett and carried by the following called vote, the City Council <br /> approved the termination of the Contractual Services Agreement with Veterans' <br /> Yellow Cab Company. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> 8. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> A. Matter of City's 1991-92 Appropriation Limit. <br /> This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above <br /> matter, John Jermanis, Finance Director, said the California <br /> Constitution requires an annual calculation of the City's Appropriation <br /> Limit. He said the 1991-92 budget is approximately $3 million under <br /> the limit. <br /> The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> There being no comments from the public, on motion of Council Member <br /> Faria, seconded by Council Member Glaze, and carried unanimously, the <br /> Public Hearing was closed. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 91-167 (2341) <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATION LIMIT <br /> F.Y. 1991-92 <br /> Introduced by Council Member Faria who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Corbett and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />
