MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-90 (1926) <br /> MATTER OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND THE <br /> SAN LEANDRO CITY EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION <br /> On motion by Council Member Polvorosa who moved its approval , seconded by Council <br /> Member Corbett and carried by the following called vote, the City Council <br /> approved the Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of San Leandro and the <br /> San Leandro City Employees' Association. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: Council Member Glaze ( 1 ) <br /> E. RESOLUTION NO. 91-230 (1177) <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING THE PAY PLAN <br /> SECTIONS 1, 2, AND APPENDIX "A" <br /> Introduced by Council Member Corbett who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Polvorosa and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: Council Member Glaze ( 1 ) <br /> F. Resolution Supporting the Assignment of a National Football League <br /> Expansion Team to Play at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. <br /> Mayor Karp said the purpose of the following Resolution was to support <br /> the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum's efforts to bring an expansion <br /> football team to the Coliseum. He said the Resolution simply says the <br /> City would like to see an expansion team at the Coliseum but does not <br /> involve any money. He said a private corporation is gathering funds, <br /> and it is his understanding that they have as much as $100 million lined <br /> up. <br />
