Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - March 19, 1990 Page - 13 - <br /> MISCELLANEOUS: <br /> a. Council Member Santos requested a report on sizes of apartments in San <br /> Leandro and the matter of exterior wall fire-rating requirements for <br /> apartments. <br /> b. Council Member Glaze noted there are many campaign signs on the public right <br /> of way and requested that candidates be instructed to abide by the rules. <br /> c. Council Member Glaze asked how it is determined if a letter goes into the <br /> City Council Agenda. <br /> d. Council Member Perry noted that she and Council Members Suchman and Jardin <br /> had attended the DARE graduation program at McKinley and requested that the <br /> essays be displayed at the Library and at City Hall . <br /> e. Council Member Perry thanked everyone for their expressions of sympathy on <br /> the death of her father. <br /> f. Council Member Suchman commended Police Officers Peter Ballew and Diana Poor <br /> for their work on the DARE program. <br /> g. Mayor Karp asked for a report on parking tickets given by an undercover <br /> police officer to people who moved their cars from one parking stall to <br /> another. <br /> The meeting was adjourned in Memory of Kenneth J.
