Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - June 18, 1990 Page - 2 - <br /> RESOLUTIONS: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90-94 (1044) <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING THE BUDGET <br /> F.Y. 1989-90 <br /> Introduced by Council Member Santos who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Polvorosa and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Karp ( 1 ) <br /> The City Council asked if there were any plans for other potential uses of the <br /> site other than retail and whether such considerations will be included in the <br /> EIR. They also asked questions related to noticing since this location involves <br /> joint districts. Martin Vitz, City Planner, said Bayfair has preliminary concept <br /> drawings but will be able to look at all alternatives in the EIR and the noticing <br /> requirements will include noticing to people both within and outside of San <br /> Leandro. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90-95 (2323) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> BRADY AND ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> FOR PREPARATION OF EIR FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> FOR EXPANSION OF BAYFAIR MALL <br /> Introduced by Council Member Perry who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Faria and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Karp ( 1 ) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90-96 (1481) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> ORO LOMA SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> Introduced by Council Member Santos who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Perry and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Karp ( 1 ) <br />
