Matter of Nomination of Member to Recreation and Parks Commission (SLUSD, District 1) - Ethan Johnson. On motion of Council Member Faria, seconded by Council Member Corbett and carried unanimously, Ethan Johnson was nominated. The City Council recessed from 10:00 p.m. to 10: 15 p.m. MISCELLANEOUS (continued) b. Matter of Nomination of Member to Recreation and Parks Commission (Dist. 5) - Nomination Pending (Vacant-term expires July 1 , 1992) . On motion of Council Member Corbett, seconded by Council Member Polvorosa and carried unanimously, Robert Grazzini was nominated. c. Matter of Appointment of Utility User's Tax Study Committee. On motion of Council Member Santos, seconded by Council Member Corbett and carried unanimously, the City Council approved the appointment of the Utility User's Tax Study Committee as described by Dick Randall , City Manager.
