AN City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: January 21, 2014 <br />ONR x419" ` Resolution - Council <br />File Number: 13-339 Agenda Section: CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO: City Council <br />FROM: Chris Zapata <br />City Manager <br />BY: Uchenna Udemezue <br />Engineering & Transportation Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW: David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE: RESOLUTION Appropriating $2,650,000 in the Water Pollution Control Plant <br />Enterprise Fund for the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) Rehabilitation <br />Project, Project No. 08-593-52-239 (approves appropriations in the amount of <br />$2,650,000 in the WPCP Enterprise Fund balance to cover the existing <br />shortfall in the soil removal and disposal costs) <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that said funds be used to fund the <br />WPCP Rehabilitation Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That an appropriation of funds be made in the amount of $2,650,000 from the Water <br />Pollution Control Plant Enterprise Fund to pay for soil removal and disposal costs. <br />City of San Leandro Page 1 Printed on 1/14/2014 <br />
