Ana Matosantos, et al., which upheld AB 26, the Agency <br /> was dissolved on February 1, 2012; and <br /> WHEREAS, under AB 26 the City is the Successor Agency to the Agency; and <br /> WHEREAS, each of the Parties desire to terminate the DDA pursuant to this <br /> Termination of Disposition and Development Agreement by and between the City and the City <br /> as Successor Agency to the Agency (this "Termination Agreement"). <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants'of the parties herein <br /> contained and other valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows: <br /> 2216143.1 1 <br />
